Our story
Founded by the Wright family, the company began with a single property in Essex and has grown steadily through careful acquisition rather than chasing scale. Every home in our portfolio was chosen for its location, its bones and its potential to be a great place to live.
How we work
We are hands-on landlords. Refurbishments are specified to last, tenants are treated as long-term residents, and every property is maintained to a standard we would want for our own family. No agents in the middle, no shortcuts.
